By creating an account with Notify WEBSOLINK you agree to these terms.

The service

Notify WEBSOLINK is software that connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform using the Meta credentials you provide. We are not WhatsApp or Meta, and the availability of WhatsApp messaging depends on Meta.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials, your team members' activity, and the accuracy of the information you give us. Keep your access tokens and API keys secret.

Acceptable use

• Follow the WhatsApp Business Terms, Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
• Only send marketing messages to people who have agreed to receive them.
• No spam, harassment, illegal content, or attempts to bypass Meta's limits or our security.

We may suspend accounts that put other customers, our systems or our WhatsApp relationships at risk.

Fees

Subscription fees are shown on the pricing page. Meta's conversation charges are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account and are not part of our fees. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for outages or policy changes at Meta.
