Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. You connect the WhatsApp Business account you own in Meta, using your own credentials. We never give you a shared number, and you stay in control of your number, your templates and your customers.
Who pays for the WhatsApp messages?
Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations directly on your Meta account. Notify WEBSOLINK is a separate subscription for the software, and we don't resell or mark up Meta's charges.
Can I message anyone I like?
No, and that protects your number. You can reply freely for 24 hours after a customer writes. After that you need a template Meta has approved, and campaigns go only to contacts who agreed to hear from you.
How long does setup take?
If your Meta app and WhatsApp Business account already exist, about ten minutes. If not, Meta's own business verification can take a few days, and our setup guide walks through it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial needs no card. Limits during the trial are shown on the pricing page.
Is it the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. It uses the WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta. We never use WhatsApp Web scraping or QR-code logins, which can get numbers banned.
